• Boxer Rescue Ontario •


Boxer Rescue Ontario is an affiliate of Boxer Rescue Canada. We are comprised of Boxer owners and fanciers who volunteer our time in support of the breed we love. We help provide a safe harbour for Boxers that might otherwise be destroyed and place them in homes throughout Canada. All Boxers that come to Boxer Rescue are taken to trained foster homes immediately. All dogs are then tested with children, cats and other dogs and receive a temperament evaluation. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested and fecal checked prior to placement. We have successfully been placing Boxer and Boxer X dogs in their "forever" homes for over 3 years. Just to give you an idea of how many needy Boxers there are out there, we placed approximately 120 dogs in 2002 alone.
