WOW an opportunity to share such a wonderful product with the world. I have used the Auroralites dog collars for almost 5 years now. I searched for many years for the ³right² collar and really hadn¹t been happy with ones I¹d purchased till I found the Auroralites collar.
One of my three Beasts is a ³runner,² truly bearing the heart of a gypsy. He has obedience titles and responses great most of the time but then sometimes he just feels the need to run and away he goes. That¹s when I am most grateful that I have long since made the habit of slipping the collars on the pups before they go out in the evenings. I can spot him at a distance of 1Ž4-1/2 mile away! Mostly the collars go on when we walk together or just a just in the yard.
Once lives were saved by the collar in my own front yard! I live on a quiet street but the public regularly took shortcuts thru the neighborhood to circumvent the long corner traffic light. My dogs were romping with a toy when suddenly tires stretched. The driver had been hurrying, was a distracted teenager and overshot the corner heading straight at us. He only remembers seeing the blue collar light and hit his brakes. Turns out the collar may have saved me too since I was directly in the car¹s path. We were all shaken but unharmed, thankfully.

These collars have a long-lasting 9 volt which initially may seem heavy but the dog have never seemed to mind the weight and they tend to slowly dim warning me to change the battery rather than blinking out as I have others in past have, suddenly leaving them vunerable and unseen by traffic. Personally, I like that I can depend on that same battery to maintain the collar in it optimum position, showing more light to the world, especially since two of mine have ³hairy² neck and most past collars have get lost in their coat.

Lastly and nearly as important for my dogs who used to spend a great deal of time on the boat, they are waterproof! The collars have been built in such a way that they can take repeated dunkings in the lake. Fortunately, I have not had a dog go overboard but years ago I¹d given one to a friend for his PWD and he was able to pull his mate out of Lake Erie due to her collar, which was at the time, how he located her in the darkness.

All in all, these collars are without a doubt the finest I have found on the market and considering the value I place on my dogs, worth every penny. I still look for a better product as new ones come out but haven¹t yet replaced them. Actually I give them as presents too! Take it from a fellow dog lover, if you love and want to protect both yourself and your mate, really consider this product.
